| Description: | A large 3000 square foot home is only 3 miles from Vail, and on the free shuttle route. It has recently been remodeled and is silver to gold rated. The house has 5 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms, a wood burning fireplace and a private hot tub. The home can accommodate up to 12 people, and the views of the East Vail mountains are just lovely. The free bus runs every 15 minutes into Vail, and the bus stop is about 450 yards down the road. This home is a rustic getaway which reminds people of the way Vail used to be. This home has a large upstairs living area with flat screen TV and entertainment center. It is fully carpeted with a wood burning fireplace and wood will be provided in the winter. The full kitchen has a granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, hob and 2 ovens, and dishwasher. All cookware, crockery, cutlery etc are stocked. There is a breakfast counter that can seat 3 people. The dining area can seat 8 people with an extra round dining table for 4. The master's bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a lighted vanity, and a shower in the bath tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, with a shared en suite bathroom. There is a shower in the bath tub and a lighted vanity. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds and the bathroom is just down the hall. The 4th bedroom is located on large downstairs it has 2 sets of bunk beds and the shared bathroom is around the corner. Downstairs bedroom has a Queen futon bed. The private hot tub is just outside on the deck.
