This wonderful location is in the prestigious Vail Golfcourse area and the townhomes have had an exterior remodel.The first floor entry leads to one of four bedrooms, with 2 twin beds (which can be made into a king) plus one bunk bed, a private bathroom and a 40" LCD High Definition television and a DVD player. A two car garage and front door entry is also located on the first level. The main living area is on the second level and features a large sunken living room, with wonderful windows, vaulted ceilings and a lovely balcony. The unit is equipped with wireless internet and has a large back deck with a BBQ grill. There is a 40" LCD High Definition television, VCR and DVD, gas fireplace, and powder room. The dining room has a table that seats eight and a breakfast bar (seats 4) separates this room from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and is next to the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed, HD Flat screen television and a private bathroom.
