| Description: | This beautiful tri-level townhome is a spacious 2,495 square feet with cathedral ceilings and includes a private one car, heated garage and another space outside for guests. This Breckenridge Rental property was newly remodeled in the fall of 2006, including slate flooring with radiant heating throughout the main level, upgraded artwork, fully equipped kitchen, furnishings and bedding, as well as a completely remodeled half bath . The comfortable living area affords a cozy gas fireplace with stone hearth, wet bar, high-speed wireless internet, DVD / VCR player, stereo, cable TV and board games and a private washer/dryer. There is a private deck and balcony off the main level with gas grill and private hot tub with beautiful views of the surrounding natural forest land. Bedding can accommodate up to 10 persons and includes a decadent master suite with queen bed, private gas fireplace and oversized jetted tub. Adjacent to the master suite is a loft area with a loveseat sleeper (sleeps 1), perfect for relaxing with one of the books left in the unit. There is also a queen in the guest bedroom as well as an additional jetted tub in the second bath. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and a trundle and there is a queen sofa sleeper in living room for added bedding. Please note this is a non-smoking, no pet unit.
